Chefs From The Shell eight-course dinner for eight, a past tradition of Dream Big auctions, is back! It is being offered by most of the original staff, a group of Learn To Row men and women who, approaching seven years ago, took up the sport of rowing through BIR. They formed a tight-knit group that offered the first Chefs From The Shell extravaganza six years ago at member Jeannie Bjerke's home overlooking the head of Eagle Harbor. This exceptional meal will include paired wines with each course and priceless memories. Get ready to be pampered! It will be scheduled at a mutually acceptable time, again at Jeannie's home.
In the lovely Methow Valley known for world-class cross country skiing, fishing, and hiking lie the towns of Mazama and Winthrop. The local dining scene is full of vibrant gastronomic choices for breakfast , lunch, and dinner. The Entress family has again offered their cabin for a week's stay in this magical paradise. Your stay will include a hand-selected case of Lost River Winery wines at their tasting room. It will also include fly-casting lessons for two courtesy of guide and casting instructor Chris Madison. He recommends July for floating the Methow River, or wading the Methow or Twisp Rivers during August or later. He will provide fly casting lessons for two days for any who are interested.
Please observe non-holiday weeks/weekends and offer does not transfer to others without owner consent.
